✰ You are free to redesign the character as long as the original design is still recognizable (you can check with me if you're unsure on discord jacobtwilight or on toyhouse @hiro), but please keep the original art somewhere in the profile✰ You may turn the design into a closed species as long as it's allowed within the species and you may void it if it's already in a species!✰ If the design was obtained as a gift/with no monetary value, you may not resell it for real currency - you can trade, gift or resell them for e.g. a species currency✰ You may add value to it if it contains art you paid for, or made yourself (be fair with your pricing!)✰ The character is yours. GENERAL✰ I have every right to decline a commission.
✰ I own all rights to the work.
✰ I am allowed to post the commissioned artwork online, and include it in future examples/portfolio. The client can request to remain anonymous.
✰ Reposting/sharing is OK, as long as credit is given.
✰ If I am commissioned fanart I have full rights to turn it into physical merchandise to sell.PAYMENTS✰ Payment is always upfront.
✰ Final price may vary depending on design complexity, additional details, and extra characters.
✰ Hard deadlines will be subject to extra charges and must be discussed with me.REVISIONS✰ Unlimited revision requests during the sketching phase and encouraged to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
✰ A watermarked sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding to the final product. Please confirm all revisions before approving the sketch.
✰ Minor revisions are available at no charge after the sketching phase (color changes, missing details, etc.)
✰ After approval of the sketch, only minor changes can be requested. If I missed any character details, those can be added without charge. Anything major (pose change, entire color reworks, etc...) can not be requested.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✰ Usual completion time will be between 2-4 weeks unless complications arise, in which case you will be notified.
